I hope this finds you and your family safe and well as I share with you an update of how Chef’s Paradise is managing the current crisis.

Our first priority was the safety and welfare of our clients and employees. This meant closing our showroom immediately, implementing safety measures, and then shifting to online ordering with curbside pickup and delivery.  Important to us was to also continue to make ourselves available with the expertise and support you expect of us, so we have been talking with many of you by phone and added chat online. We will continue to do so.


We added much needed hand sanitizer, procedural masks and other PPE to our inventory to support you at home, at the restaurant or at the office.

We are back to work and getting organized again for a reopening of the showroom June 1. Our employees are what make Chef’s Paradise such a welcoming experience for our chefs that shop with us.  When you come back to visit us again, you will see the same familiar faces in the same roles as before.


You will also see the progress made on the new Chef’s Paradise Live space.  The renovation is nearing completion and looking great.  Once we can start to gather again, we look forward to hosting you for interesting culinary events.  In the meantime, watch for some digital content. 

When you return to the showroom, you can expect a few changes, naturally. We will send some details later in the week, but we are taking the necessary precautions for a safe visit for our clients and our employees.  These precautions are of course necessary, but most importantly, our team will be there to provide a welcoming and supportive experience with the great products you expect.

Chef’s Paradise is coming up on 100 years and we have adapted to many world events.  Our values are one of pride in our ability to provide exactly what our chefs need, now more than ever and we will evolve with whatever the world brings.

We simply look forward to getting back to what we do best – looking after our valued clients.
