If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) for an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for postage when mailing the item(s) back to Chef's Paradise/ C.A. Paradis at our mailing address, which can be found on the contact us page. Once the item is received, your credit card will be credited. To insure your return is processed in a timely manner, please include your order number and reason for return along with the item itself.
You may also return items to the store in person, with the receipt/order confirmation.
