Partridge and a pear tree? No, but join Chef Bruce Woods as he prepares our glorious French-Canadian holiday delicacy - Tourtiere. First, you will learn how to make its flawless pastry using a food processor, and/or by hand for those who don't own one.  We will then prepare a classic savoury filling redolent of herbs & spices, followed by an easy Vegan-tourtiere option!








Holiday Nibbles

Ho-Ho-Ho-liday Nibbles! Chef Bruce Woods will be preparing three decadent holiday classics, suitable for gatherings of 2 to 10. The first is a lovely, smooth brandy-spiked chicken liver mousse; followed by a baked St. Albert Camembert topped with a fricassee of Le Coprin mushrooms and Quebecois herbes salées; and lastly, who can resist homemade bratwurst sausage rolls with 3-mustard dip !?!?!

Mixology expert and bar chef, Tristan Bradock, joins us for another interactive Chef’s Paradise Live at Home series for a one-of-a-kind craft cocktail workshop. This time, we delve into the deep roots of Agave. For this class, Tristan will explore the differences of blanco, resposado, anejo and mezcal. All three recipes we make together this evening are well suited for any bottle of quality agave.
